I’m participating in the 2017 Workplace Rally for Youth Mental Health!
As my active followers (and friends & family) are aware, I’m fairly open about my struggles with mental health issues and how it has impacted my life & business over the past few years. One of the organizations that really helped me when I didn’t know where else to return or wasn’t ready to admit it to anyone is Kids Help Phone.
To give back to an organization that saved me a few times and recognizing both Healthy Workplace Month and Giving Tuesday, I’ve taken on the challenge to support youth mental health along with Kids Help Phone to create a healthy future workforce.
