I've stared down into that hell and seriously contemplated suicide when I was in a very, very dark place. I'm alive because people showed me they cared and that they were glad I was here.

Spending the day loving local! Went to Barrie for groceries, then back to the soft opening of @foxtalesgiftandbook, supported my local caffeine dealer @greekery_bakeshop (how many coffee shops do you know that know you by name?), stocked up on audiobooks at @essapubliclibrary and now I'm chilling in the beautiful weather at the park. Buy local or bye local!

Inadvertently rocked the androgynous look yesterday at the beach while crushing a 5K walk/hike. Honestly, I'm OK with that.

From @the_nedic and @sheenasplace: Join Sookie Bardwell and Zac Grant for a free, two-hour webinar on offering gender-affirming care for people affected with eating disorders. Sookie and Zac are long-time facilitators of programming for 2SLGBTQIA+ people at Sheena's Place; we’re excited to co-host an opportunity to learn from their experience and explore the many opportunities healthcare providers have to better support the needs of gender-diverse people.
