I gotta say, there's nothing quite so pants-kicking as hearing the intake of breath from the doctor when discussing the comparisons between your 2018 and 2023 medicals. I knew I'd gained back most of the weight I lost between 2017-2019 (I have brains, a scale and a mirror), but it's still quite something to hear it out loud by a medical professional.

A long day spent learning about the Cadet Program Re-Scope, spending time with the Marksmanship Team after their competition and then participating in Youth Haven's Coldest Night of the Year fundraising walk. My brain is fried, but my heart is filling up again.
